管理会计是财务会计中重要一部分,对集团企业的发展运营起到重要的作用,集团企业对管理会计的重视度越来越高,在企业的发展运营中根据企业发展战略的不同制定出相应的发展战略,才能让企业在日益激烈的竞争环境占得一席之地,保证集团企业健康平稳的运行。本文通过在集团企业公司的调查和相关文献的查阅,对目前管理会计在集团企业中存在的现状和问题进行深入的分析,并制定出相关的措施。希望对集团企业在管理会计的应用上有一定的帮助。
