本文旨在对低分子右旋糖酐(低右)对肾病综合征患儿蛋白尿一过性影响的机理进行初步探讨,并提出建立药物性静电屏障来治疗肾病综合征的初步设想,现报道如下。
This paper aims to investigate the mechanism of low molecular weight dextran (low right) on the pathogenesis of nephrotic syndrome in children with proteinuria preliminary discussion, and proposed the establishment of drug-based electrostatic barrier to treat nephrotic syndrome, the initial idea are reported below.
