新农村的良好建设需要严格遵循节约型社会的建设要求,实现绿色经济发展。基于此,本文就绿色经济理念下我国农村环境成本战略控制进行了相关探究。首先对我国农村成本战略控制中的生态环境规划进行了简单介绍,然后提出了适用于绿色经济理念下的农村环境成本战略控制实施策略,具体策略包括基于内部价值链的环境成本控制与基于外部价值链的环境成本控制。
The good construction of the new countryside needs to strictly follow the construction requirements of a conservation-oriented society and achieve the development of a green economy. Based on this, this paper makes a research on the strategic control of rural environmental costs in China under the concept of green economy. First of all, this paper briefly introduces the eco-environment planning in the strategic control of rural cost in our country. Then it puts forward a strategy for the implementation of strategic control of rural environmental costs under the concept of green economy. The specific strategies include environmental cost control based on internal value chain and external environment- Environmental cost control of the chain.
