本文分析了曾被误诊的18例肾结核。肾结核病例数量减少和早期症状表现轻,是医生造成误诊的重要原因。尽管本病少见,但由于存在的事实,必须要经常考虑到本病。对原因不明的血尿及“常规”细菌培养阴性的脓尿或尿路感染难以治愈者,都要考虑到本病的可能,要进一步检查。尿沉渣涂片找结核菌,尿培养,肾盂造影和膀胱镜检查绝大多数有异常。早期发现必须依靠医生提高警惕和辅助检查。
This article analyzes 18 cases of renal tuberculosis that have been misdiagnosed. Reduced number of cases of renal tuberculosis and early symptoms of light, is a doctor caused misdiagnosis of an important reason. Although this disease is uncommon, due to the fact that it exists, we must always consider this disease. For unexplained hematuria and “conventional” bacterial culture negative pyuria or urinary tract infections are difficult to cure those who have to take into account the possibility of this disease to be further examined. Urinary sediment smear looking for tuberculosis, urine culture, pyelography and cystoscopy most of the abnormal. Early detection must rely on the doctor to increase vigilance and auxiliary examination.
