油画是关涉心灵的艺术,艺术者总是从物象的观察中获得滋养,营构为内心的意象,借助油彩、线条传递关于世界的理解,探究自然、社会、人生的本质。艺术的创作追求决定了艺术在社会中的地位及价值。当前关于油画的探讨多关注色彩的本质或者形色的组合,对于绘画语言的写实性或表现性倾注了更多的思考,在一定程度上忽略了油画的核心——油画形色组合的指归——思想的表达。这种忽略使油画的评判似乎失去了标准,使各种创新、变革失去了依据。在探讨表现性油画、写意性油画时,油画的内蕴应该成为重要的标准,并以此审视油画的变革,这不仅符合艺术求真的目的,更契合艺术求美的人文逻辑。
Oil painting is a kind of art which is related to the soul. The artist always obtains the nourishment from the observation of the object and constructs the image of the heart. Through oil painting and lines, he communicates the understanding of the world and explores the essence of nature, society and life. The pursuit of artistic creation determines the status and value of art in society. At present, the discussion on oil painting pays more attention to the essence of color or the combination of shapes and colors, devotes more thinking to the realism or expressiveness of painting language and to some extent neglects the essence of oil painting - - Expression of ideas. This neglect makes the judgments of oil painting seem to have lost the standard, so that various innovations and changes have lost their basis. When discussing the expressive oil painting and the freehand oil painting, the intrinsic meaning of oil painting should become an important standard to examine the change of oil painting. This not only meets the objective of artistic truth, but also meets the humane logic of artistic beauty.
