本文借助胜任力模型的有关理论,总结了我国传统政治人才和国外政治人才所具有的胜任力品性。探讨我国当代党政领导人才应具备的胜任力品性,以此为根据,建构党政领导人才提高执政能力的途径与方法。
With the help of the theory of competency model, this paper summarizes the competency characteristics of Chinese traditional political talents and foreign political talents. Explore the qualities of the competencies that our country’s party and government leaders should have in order to establish the ways and means for the party and government leaders to improve their ability to govern.
