基于Fluent软件模拟掘进工作面压入式通风的热湿交换过程,从理论上揭示工作面风流温度的分布和变化规律,阐明围岩散热和掘进设备散热与风流运行的关系。模拟结果与理论相符,为建立掘进工作面的风流热环境的预测方法奠定重要基础。
Based on the Fluent software simulating the heat and moisture exchange process of pressure ventilation in the heading face, the distribution and variation regularity of the airflow in the working face are theoretically revealed, and the relationship between the heat dissipation and the heat dissipation of the tunneling equipment and the wind flow operation is clarified. The simulation results are in accordance with the theory, which lays an important foundation for the establishment of the prediction method of the airflow hot environment in roadheading.
