整形烧伤外科实习护生带教模式改革的探讨

目的对整形烧伤科实习护生入科后的带教方法进行改革探讨。方法对2011年7月~2012年7月烧伤科120名实习护生采取新型带教模式(包括设立带教组长、严格筛选带教老师、人性化的入科脱敏教育、采取一对一带教、制定系统的专科理论与操作的培训计划采用分散与集中结合教学等)。与2010年7月~2011年7月烧伤科采用传统带教的110名实习护生带教成绩比较。结果提高了实习护生学习的主动性,培养了护生的职业情感和对临床真实情景的兴趣,专科理论和专科操作成绩提高23.8分;同时对带教老师的满意度提高了64.7%,也激发了带教老师的教学责任感和创新意识。结论通过改进临床带教方法,提高了临床带教质量。“,”Objective to investigate the teaching mode reform of plastic and burns nursing students. Methods Compare the results of 120 nursing students practicing in plastic surgery and burns department July 2011 to July 2012, who were tough with new teaching mode, with the results of 110 nursing students practicing July 2010 to July 2011, who were tough with traditional mode. The new teaching mode was composed with establishing teaching leader, strictly selecting teachers, educating initial practice humanely, taking one-to-one teaching mode, making a detailed training plan of specialist theory and operation as wel as taking a Decentralization and centralization teaching mode. Results The learning initiative, occupational emotion and interests in clinical of nursing students were improved; the results of specialist theory and specialist operating results increased by 23.8 points; satisfaction with teachers increased by 64.7%; The sense of responsibility and innovation was inspired. Conclusion the new teaching methods could improve the quality of clinical teaching.
