多年来,爱多收作为一种广谱植物生长调节剂,已被广泛应用于多种农作物及蔬菜、花卉、果树等经济作物,其增产增收之效果广为人知。但其在食用菌生产上的应用至今尚未见报道。据此,笔者特于1997年进行了爱多收在平菇栽培上的应用研究,现将结果报告如下: 1 材料与方法 1.1 供试菌株与激素 平菇杂交17,由本校食用菌研究室提供。1.8%爱多收液剂,由日本旭化学工业株式会社制造。 1.2 培养料配方 棉子壳83%,玉米粉17%。 1.3 试验方法 试验设爱多收3000、6000、9000、12000、15000倍及清水对照共6个处理,采用500ml罐头瓶熟料栽培,要求各处理所需爱多收均加入水中一次性拌入培养料内,料水比1∶1.2,每处理10瓶,每瓶装干
