患者男,41岁,农民,建水县曲江公社人。因右侧阴囊肿块二年,逐渐增大半年来院就诊,于1977年6月8日入院。患者自诉两年前因抱牛草喂牛,被牛角触伤阴囊,当时即感阴囊疼痛,但无红肿,一周后阴囊疼痛消失,患者即不介意。以后患者自觉右侧阴囊内有一肿物,逐渐长大,但无疼痛。一年后肿物长大如鸡蛋大,质地硬,曾来本院住院治疗一周,给抗菌素处理。出院后肿物继续增大,形如拳头凸出,行路不便,再次要求入院治疗。
