目的探究慢性乙肝合并慢性萎缩性胃炎行复方颠茄铋镁联合吗丁啉治疗的效果及安全性。方法将我院接收的慢性乙肝伴慢性萎缩性胃炎患者64例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组30例应用吗丁啉治疗,治疗组34例在应用吗丁啉治疗的基础上再给予复方颠茄铋镁联合治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果以及胃黏膜的病理检查改善情况、症状改善情况、内皮素以及血清胃泌素水平变化。结果两组治疗前内皮素与胃泌素水平变化无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后与治疗前比较,差异显著;治疗组治疗后内皮素水平高于对照组,胃泌素水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后与治疗前餐前餐后胃电幅值比较均有统计学差异,(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后餐前餐后胃电幅值与对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组治疗后临床疗效分别为94.12%、80.00%,存在统计学差异(P<0.05);全部患者在治疗过程之中,均未有严重不良反应出现,其药物安全性较好。结论应用复方颠茄铋镁联合吗丁啉治疗慢性乙肝合并慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,不仅可改善其胃电幅值、促进胃泌素的分泌,并且疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床给予应用与推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of compound Balsam Bismuth-Magnesium combined with domperidone in treating chronic hepatitis B and chronic atrophic gastritis.
