目的:与环孢素(Cic)比较,研究康乐霉素C(Kan)对小鼠免疫系统的影响.方法:皮肤迟发性超敏反应(DH)和环磷酰胺(Cyc)增强型DH;同种异型皮肤和心脏移植;脾细胞溶血素测定;腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬中性红.结果:Kan(125,25,50mg·kg-1·d-1,ig,8d)与Cic相似,抑制小鼠皮肤DH和Cyc增强型DH(P<001);延长小鼠同种异型皮肤和心脏移植物存活时间(P<001);对溶血素产生也有抑制作用(P<001);Kan50mg·kg-1·d-1,ig,5d与Cyc相似,对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬中性红无明显作用(P>005).结论:Kan显著抑制小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫,但不影响巨噬细胞的吞噬.
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of kanamycin C (Kan) on the immune system in mice compared with Cic. Methods: Delayed skin hypersensitivity (DH) and cyclophosphamide (DH) enhanced DH; Allogeneic skin and heart transplantation; Determination of splenic hemolysin; Peritoneal macrophages phagocytose neutral red. Results: Kan (125, 25, 50mg · kg-1 · d-1, ig, 8d) was similar to Cic and inhibited DH and Cyc-enhanced DH in mouse skin (P <001) (P <001), but also hemolysin (P <001). Kan50mg · kg-1 · d-1, ig and 5d were similar to Cyc Mouse peritoneal macrophages phagocytose neutral red no significant effect (P> 0 05). Conclusion: Kan significantly inhibits cellular immunity and humoral immunity in mice, but does not affect macrophage phagocytosis.
