各省(区、市)拍卖行业协会、有关拍卖企业:根据人事部《全国专业技术人员继续教育暂行规定》(人核培发[1995]第131号)文件和《关于加强拍卖师监督管理的若干规定》的要求,继续教育作为专业技术人员强制性的教育形式,是拍卖师执业资格年检的必备程序。中国拍卖行业协会(以下简称中拍协)研究确定,于2005年9月在广州举办第六期拍卖师继续教育培训班,现将有关事项通知如下:
