Although histochemical fluorescence has confirmed the presence of catecholamines in human pulp tissue, they have not yet been quantified. In this study, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLc) was used to quantitatively analyze the content of catecholamines, especially dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine in non-infected dental pulp tissue.
