阅读对人成长的影响是巨大的,一本好书往往能改变人的一生。我是一名班主任,也是一名语文教师,在长期的教学实践中深深领悟到阅读对学生成长的重要性,对班级凝聚力形成的关键作用。因此在多年的教育教学工作中,我发挥了自己的学科优势,重点打造浓浓的书香氛围,通过“书香班级”的创建带动“温馨教室”的建设。力做书香教师一个班级由教师和学生两部分组成,“书香班级”的建设先要从教师做起,只有力做书香教师,才能培养出一批书香学生。
The impact of reading on a person’s growth is enormous. A good book often changes one’s life. I am a teacher in charge of class and also a language teacher. She deeply comprehends the importance of reading in the long-term teaching practice to the growth of students and plays a key role in the formation of class cohesion. Therefore, in many years of education and teaching work, I have played my own disciplinary strengths, focusing on creating a strong atmosphere of scholarly books, through the creation of “scholarly class ” to promote the “warm classroom ” building.
