镀铁工艺作为一项重要的、经济可行的修复手段,目前在我国机械行业已得到广泛的应用。根据被镀工件表面形状大体可分为两大类,一类是对外表面施镀进行修复的零件,如曲轴、套管、柱塞等;另一类是对内表面施镀进行修复的零件,如缸筒内孔、轴套等。同样是镀铁,内表面与外表面在施镀的方式、参数的选用等方面存在着很大的差别。查阅有关资料,结合所做的有关深孔镀铁方面的工作,我们对此作一个总结和比较。
As an important and economically feasible repair method, iron plating process has been widely used in our country’s machinery industry.
