采用差热分析、热重分析与X射线衍射分析相结合的方法,研究了白云鄂博铁矿中钠辉石岩脉石在烧结升温过程中分解与相变等物理化学变化规律。研究结果表明:钠辉石岩脉石除了含有主体矿物霓石NaFe~(+3)Si_2O_6外,还含有少量的BaSO_4及Na_3Ca_2(SO_4)_3F等硫酸盐杂质;当温度升高到554.7℃时,钠辉石岩中结晶水发生分解;Na_3Ca_2(SO_4)_3F在较宽温度范围内渐进分解生成钠钙复合硫酸盐与CaF_2;当温度升高到993.4℃时,主体矿物霓石NaFe~(+3)Si_2O_6与CaF_2反应生成NaF气体;温度升高到1 193.5~1 300.7℃,钠辉石岩脉石发生熔化并且释放出少量的SiF_4气体。
Differential thermal analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis were combined to study the physical and chemical changes of the mesoplyllites in the Baiyunebo iron ore during sintering. The results show that in addition to NaFe ~ (+3) Si_2O_6, which contains the main mineral, sodium pyroxene gangue contains a small amount of sulfate impurities such as BaSO_4 and Na_3Ca_2 (SO_4) _3F. When the temperature rises to 554.7 ℃, Na_3Ca_2 (SO_4) _3F gradually decomposed to form soda-lime complex sulfate and CaF_2 in a wide range of temperature; when the temperature was raised to 993.4 ℃, the main mineral NaFe ~ (+3) ) Si_2O_6 reacts with CaF_2 to form NaF gas. When the temperature rises to 1 193.5-1 300.7 ° C, the gangue spodules melt and release a small amount of SiF_4 gas.
