校企合作是职业教育的核心,但如何建立校企互利双赢关系一直是学校和企业在校企合作上的瓶颈,文章在分析导致这一问题的原因的基础上,提出了建立校企合作“两级融通”模式,并明确了要在校企建立“一体两级”的组织机构、制定“两级融通”的工作制度实现深度合作,构建校企对话平台,确立校企合作载体,实现校企资源共享。同时校企双方均应具有一定的、对等的规模,学校专业群与企业岗位群要密切对接,校企双方的利益要均衡才能达到共赢。
The cooperation between school and enterprise is the core of vocational education. However, how to establish a mutually beneficial and win-win relationship between school and enterprise has always been a bottleneck in school-enterprise cooperation between schools and enterprises.
