应用免疫过氧化酶技术研究了恶性纤维组织细胞瘤、血管内皮瘤和血管母细胞瘤。6例恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的A_1抗糜蛋白酶均为阳性。有6例原诊断为纤维肉瘤,但A_1抗糜蛋白酶亦为阳性,复查切片虽无典型的车辐状排列,但可见典型的巨细胞,泡沫细胞及多量炎细胞浸润,因此诊断为恶性纤维组织细胞瘤。7例血管内皮瘤均为第Ⅷ因子相关抗原阳性,其中2例为分化较差的血管内皮瘤。表明A_1抗糜蛋白酶和第Ⅷ因子相关抗原分别是恶性纤维组织细胞瘤和血管内皮瘤有价值的标记物。8例小脑血管母细胞瘤的第Ⅷ因子相关抗原呈阴性反应。表明血管母细胞瘤可能来源于血管外皮细胞。
Immuno-oxidase technique was used to study malignant fibrous histiocytoma, hemangioendothelioma and hemangioblastoma. Six cases of malignant fibrous histiocytoma A 1 anti-chymotrypsin were positive. 6 cases were diagnosed as fibrosarcoma, but A_1 anti-chymotrypsin was also positive. Although there was no typical car-radial arrangement, the typical giant cells, foam cells and inflammatory cell infiltration were seen. Therefore, it was diagnosed as malignant fibrous tissue Cell tumor. Seven cases of hemangioendothelioma were positive for factor Ⅷ related antigen, two cases of poorly differentiated hemangioendothelioma. It is indicated that A_1 anti-chymase and Ⅷ-related antigens are valuable markers of malignant fibrous histiocytoma and hemangioendothelioma, respectively. 8 cases of cerebellar hemangioblastoma factor Ⅷ related antigen was negative. That hemangioblastoma may be derived from vascular endothelial cells.
