各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市资产评估协会(注册会计师协会),具有证券评估业务资格的资产评估机构:为规范注册资产评估师编制和出具金融企业国有资产评估报告行为,维护社会公共利益和资产评估各方当事人的合法权益,中国资产评估协会在财政部指导下,制定了《金融企业国有资产评估报告指南》,现予以发布,自2011年7月1日起施行。请各地方协会将《金融企业国有资产评估报告指南》及时转发评估机构,组织评估机构和注册资产评估师进行学习和培训,并将执行过程中发现的问题及时上报中国资产评估协会。
Assets appraisal institutes (Institute of Certified Public Accountants) of each province, autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government with separate municipalities directly under the Central Government, and securities evaluation service: In order to standardize the appraisal of registered assets appraisers in compiling and issuing state-owned assets appraisal reports of financial enterprises and safeguarding public interests Assets Assess the Legitimate Rights and Interests of All Parties, and under the guidance of the Ministry of Finance, China Assets Appraisal Association has formulated the “Guidance on State-owned Assets Appraisal Report of Financial Enterprises”, which is hereby promulgated and will come into effect as of July 1, 2011. All local associations are requested to promptly forward the Guidelines for State-owned Assets Evaluation Reports of Financial Enterprises to the evaluation institutions, organization assessment agencies and registered asset appraisers for timely study and training, and timely report the problems discovered during the implementation to the China Association of Asset Appraisers.
