集体合同是规范企业劳动关系的法律文书。在股份制企业建立集体合同制度具有十分重要的必要性。针对股份制企业的特点、要根据企业不同的用工形式,兼顾各方利益建立集体合同并且充分发挥工会的作用,协调好企业劳动关系,促进企业的发展。
Collective contracts are legal documents that regulate the labor relations of enterprises. The establishment of a collective contract system in joint-stock enterprises is of great importance. For the characteristics of joint-stock enterprises, according to the different forms of employment of enterprises, taking into account the interests of all parties to establish a collective contract and give full play to the role of trade unions, coordinate labor relations and promote the development of enterprises.
