当前我国的护理教育出现了一系列的问题,为了紧跟新时代护理教育的步伐,以下是对我国护理教育进行改革提出的一些创新思路:一是对教育的层次机构进行改革优化,对于本科护理要稳定发展,加大大专发展力度,适当缩小中专的发展;二是加强对教育课程的优化,根据医护相结合的原则,制定出一套全面发展的课程体系,培养全面人才;三是对于教学的内容进行优化,切实做到对护理宗旨的遵循,使得教育的质量得到提高;四是对护理教学的教师队伍的建设也尤为重要。
