建设机械电气系统包括电机系、启动系、仪表信号系、灯系、作业装置和安全装置电控系。其中,电机系系指电动建设机械的各种电机,内燃式建设机械的直流发电机、启动电机等,随着机电一体化技术引入建设机械领域,建设机械上的电气元件日益增多,统计资料表明,建设机械的故障中,有30～70%是电气系统故障或由电气系统引起的(依机种不同而异)。但是电气系统的维修是建设机械维修系统中一个十分薄弱的环节,又鲜有专文研究,现笔者试对建设机械电气系统的故障作一浅析,以求抛砖引玉。
