近年来,我国保险业持续快速发展,保险覆盖地区、覆盖人群明显扩大,保险业在金融体系乃至整个国民经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用。信息化作为保险业改革发展的重要组成部分,在促进业务快速发展、加强内控、提升服务水平、推动保险业由粗放式经营向集约式经营转变等方面发挥了重要作用。
