现今我国的公共服务信息化取得了长足的发展,但在公共服务信息化建设过程中仍受到经济发展水平及不同地区的发展特点、城乡收入差距较大等客观因素的影响,不同群体享受到的公共服务有所差异,在电子公共服务方面的差异更为明显。此外,不同的年龄群体对计算机信息技术的接受程度不同,这在一定程度上限制了我国公共服务信息化的发展。本文主要从顶层设计的角度提出公共服务信息化的改革方法与思路。
At present, the development of public service informatization in our country has made considerable progress.
