Image technology is based on the interaction of a medium with the body, the internal structure of the organ structure, density, image performance. Common methods include: X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, angiography and bioluminescence. People through a variety of imaging techniques can be continuous, accurate, or even noninvasive observation of disease changes in animals, which greatly enhance the level of experimental research, promote disease detection from the traditional anatomical form, to function, metabolism, and even the molecular level of receptors and genes Development, which involves the welfare of the entire image detection process is to ensure the well-being of animals. The purpose is to find a balance between animal welfare and “human interest”. That is to say, attention should be paid to the factors that may affect the well-being of animals in the detection of an image, so as to reduce the suffering of animals; meanwhile, the performance of image experiments can be maximized when the welfare conditions satisfy animal well-being.
