用VCTS6000型对比敏感度测试表检查了17例30只眼青光眼患者戴用黄色和红色滤光镜前后的对比敏感度改变,发现青光眼的对比敏感度曲线在全频(1.5,3,6,12和18c/d)降低;中高频即6和12c/d的降低较明显,尤以12c/d的为最大,使得对比敏感度曲线在12c/d处呈“V”形凹陷;峰值左移。黄色滤光镜能明显提高青光眼在1.5,3和6c/d的对比敏感度,峰值(3c/d)的提高最大。对比敏感度在峰值和低频的提高能改善青光眼患者在生活和工作中的活动适应能力。红色滤光镜能明显提高青光眼在峰值的对比敏感度,但同时也使中高频即6,12和18c/d的对比敏感度有所下降,似不能改善青光眼患者的视功能。
