小麦黄矮病是六十年代以来中国冬、春麦区日趋严重的重要病害,其症状,寄主范围和介体传毒特性与 J.W.Oswald 和 B.R.Houston 报道的大麦黄矮病(BYDV)相似。几种介体蚜虫还存在着传病力专性分化的现象。关于麦类黄矮病的病原,W.F.Roch-ow 和 M.K.Brakke 于1964年最早提纯获得病毒粒体。国内至今未见提纯成功的报导。1981年5~6月在武功进行小麦黄矮病毒的提纯实验,本文报导此项实验的初步结果。材料与方法1.毒源材料:选用温室内保存繁殖的麦二叉蚜——禾谷缢蚜株系(GPV,陕西主流株系),用当地优势介体——麦二叉蚜 Schiz-aphis graminum(Rond)无性系饲毒后再传毒至无病的拔节期麦苗(品种:郑引1
Wheat yellow dwarf is an important disease in winter and spring wheat growing in China since the 1960s. Its symptoms, host range and mediator transmission characteristics are similar to those reported by J.W. Oswald and B. R. Houston in barley yellow dwarf disease (BYDV). Several mediators of aphids also exist the phenomenon of differential differentiation of the disease. About the wheat yellow dwarf pathogen, W.F.Roch-ow and M.K.Brakke first purified in 1964 to obtain the virion. So far no purification reported success. From May to June 1981, we carried out purification experiment of wheat yellow dwarf virus in martial arts. The preliminary results of this experiment are reported in this paper.
