According to the principle of hemodynamics, the effect of drug injection on the vascular flow field in the interventional treatment of lung cancer was studied. Through experimental simulation studies, a natural blood perfusion area was found near the entrance of the target vessel. This new finding provides an effective theoretical basis and method for solving high-grade paraplegia in interventional treatment of lung cancer. After several years of clinical trials, the results were satisfactory and there was no case of high-grade paraplegia complications.
