随着近几年的环境污染不断严重,我国对于植树造林的重视程度不断的增加。因此,在集体林权制度方面改革中的林权流转就出现了一定的问题,主要问题就是集体林权制度改革中的林权流转及规范问题。就现阶段的情况而言,林权流转及规范问题已经没有办法视而不见,这涉及到了百姓的切身利益,也对国家的利益构成了一定的威胁,因此,必须对这样的问题进行严肃的处理。保障百姓和国家的利益不受损害。
