用钛镍记忆合金支架行前列腺部尿道扩张治疗前列腺增生８例，均采用经尿道置入，一次成功，随访２～３个月，临床症状消失，排尿通畅，夜尿次数仅在１～２次，无副作用及并发症。
8 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated with titanium-nickel memory alloy stent in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. All of them were transurethral successful. The patients were followed up for 2 to 3 months. The clinical symptoms disappeared and voiding was unobstructed. The frequency of nocturnal urination was only 1 ~ 2 times No side effects and complications.
