自中拍协[2007]35号文件《关于做好〈中国拍卖〉杂志2008年度订阅工作的通知》下发,提出各省拍协代为办理本地区《中国拍卖》杂志集中订刊的工作要求后,各省拍协部做了大量前期工作,不仅转发了35号文件,而且各省抽协还专门发文,动员省下属拍卖企业订阅,使《中国拍卖》杂志2008年征订工作取得了一定的成绩。
