随着我国经济水平的不断提高,素质教育改革在深入开展当中,高等职业学校作为我国技术性人才培养的摇篮,人才培养工作评估显得尤为重要。但是,因为我国高职高专评估工作刚开始落实,很多内容、体制还不完善,致使人才培养工作面临较多阻碍。为此,本文主要对高等职业学校人才培养工作评估的主要内容进行了详细探析,从而表现做好人才培养评估的重要性。
As China’s economy continues to improve, quality education reform is going deeper. Higher vocational schools, as the cradle of our country’s technical personnel training, are particularly important for personnel training. However, because the evaluation work of higher vocational colleges in our country is just beginning to be implemented, many contents and systems are still not perfect, resulting in more obstacles to personnel training. Therefore, this article mainly analyzes the main contents of the assessment of talent cultivation in higher vocational schools, which shows the importance of talent assessment.
