改革,是时代的潮流,也是小学语文教学永恒的课题。近年来,随着教育改革的不断深化,提出了许多新的教育理念,但不少教师的课堂教学现状,既压抑了学生的主动性和创造性,又不能使学生的听、说、读、写能力得到全面培养,甚至摧残和扼杀学生的个性,导致学生小学毕业就走向“大学校园”。语文教学中,教师必须解放思想、更新观念、改革教学方法才能提高教学质量。
