本试验是结合育种工作进行的,目的是研究太谷核不育小麦人工授粉与天然异交的结实性,为开展各种育种途径提供依据。一、材料和方法1980年,用太谷核不育小麦基础材料(将核不育基因导入品种或材料)为母本,农大139、晋麦8号等强冬性品种或材料300多个为父本进行杂交。当年秋播于本院试验田。每组合播1—2个半行,行长3尺,株距2寸,宽窄行,宽行1尺,窄行6寸,组合之间种一行亲本材料,以利自由授粉,试验田周围全是麦田。生长期间,记载抽穗期、生长势和穗部一些主要形状。收获后每组合取3株,每株又取主茎、中蘖和晚蘖3个穗考种。
