肺动脉高压是导致肺心病的主要原因。由于钙通道阻滞剂有明显扩血管效应,因此,近年来国内外开始研究钙通道阻滞剂对缺氧性和原发性肺动脉高压治疗作用。钙通道阻滞剂是抑制钙离子内流而使肺血管扩张。氨茶碱则使细胞内环磷酸腺苷(CAMP)水平增高,致肺血管扩张,两者均具有降低肺动脉压作用。我组从1987.10。~1988.4,分别用硝苯吡啶、氨茶碱、氨茶碱+硝苯毗啶,3组对45例肺心病缓解期患者进行治疗,以阻抗肺血
