近年来,导游与游客的矛盾纠纷不断增加、升级,严重损害游客合法权益,极大影响我国旅游业的健康、持续发展。文章对二者矛盾纠纷的特点和危害进行了深入分析,从导游、旅行社、政府监管和游客等方面探究了纠纷产生的深刻原因,提出了化解矛盾纠纷的切实可行的对策,以促进我国旅游业快速、健康发展。
In recent years, the contradictions and disputes between tour guides and tourists have been constantly increasing and escalating, seriously damaging the legitimate rights and interests of tourists and greatly affecting the healthy and sustained development of China’s tourism industry.
