目前急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)微小残留病(MRD)的定量检测主要采用实时定量PCR和流式细胞术。研究表明,应用这两种技术检测MRD的水平及其动态变化,对于ALL的预后判断、预防复发和实施个体化治疗具有重要意义。
At present, quantitative detection of minimal residual disease (MRD) in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) mainly uses real-time quantitative PCR and flow cytometry. Studies have shown that the application of these two techniques to detect the level of MRD and its dynamic changes are of great significance for the prognosis of ALL, prevention of recurrence and the implementation of individualized treatment.
