目的:探讨营养干预对阿尔茨海默病(AD)病人营养状况、认知功能和日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响。方法:将90例AD病人随机分为对照组和干预组,每组45例。对照组病人给予抗痴呆药物治疗;干预组病人在药物治疗的基础上给予增加肠内营养乳剂(TPF-T)口服营养补充治疗,6个月后分别评估两组病人治疗前后的营养状况、认知功能和ADL,同时观察病人的营养学指标等。结果:治疗6个月后,干预组病人的营养状况、简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、ADL评分、营养学指标明显改善,与对照组比差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:营养干预能有效改善AD病人的营养状况,并有利于认知功能和日常生活活动能力的提高。
Objective: To investigate the effect of nutritional intervention on nutritional status, cognitive function and activity of daily living (ADL) in patients with Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Methods: 90 AD patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, 45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given anti-dementia drugs. The patients in the intervention group were treated with TPF-T supplementation on the basis of drug treatment. After 6 months, the nutritional status of both groups were evaluated before and after treatment Knowledge of function and ADL, while observing the patient’s nutritional indicators. Results: After six months’ treatment, the nutritional status, MMSE, ADL score and nutrition index of the intervention group were significantly improved (P <0.05) compared with the control group. Conclusion: Nutritional intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status of AD patients, and is conducive to cognitive function and activities of daily living.
