简要介绍了OLED中的新技术,包括实现全彩色高对比度OLED的新技术,并介绍了TOLED的概念及其突出特点,对于基于Ag/ITO阳及和Ca/ITO阴极、Ag2O/Ag阳极、LiF/Al/AlSiO电极和缓冲层以及有ZnSe介电层的Ca/Mg阴极等的高效TOLED及其最新进展也进行了综述。

The new technology in OLED, including the new technology to realize full-color high-contrast OLED, is briefly introduced. The concept of TOLED and its salient features are also introduced. For Ag / ITO anode and Ag / Ag anode, LiF / Al / AlSiO electrodes and buffer layers, and Ca / Mg cathodes with ZnSe dielectric layers, and other recent developments are also reviewed.
