国际疾病分类与临床联系密切,现实工作中有些不知如何分类的疾病可以通过与临床医师的沟通来进行正确的编码。本文通过对一例如何对“肾自截”疾病的ICD-10编码来说明与临床医师沟通对编码的必要性,通过沟通可以提高编码人员的综合水平。
The international classification of diseases is closely related to clinical practice. Some diseases in actual work that we do not know how to classify can be correctly coded through communication with clinicians. This article illustrates the need for coding to communicate with clinicians through an example of how to code ICD-10 for “renal self-incision” disease, and communication can improve the overall level of coding.
