本刊讯正安页岩气探矿权拍卖于8月18日在贵州敲响,此次页岩气勘查区块探矿权拍卖是贵州省乃至全国页岩气拍卖第一槌。拍卖标的从4236万元起拍,最终以人民币12.9亿元的成交价落槌。这是国内首次对已发现油气资源的区块进行矿业权的市场竞争出让。新领域新挑战7月6日,国土资源部网站公布《贵州省正安页岩气勘查区块探矿权拍卖公告》,委托贵州省人民政府组织实施,由贵州春秋拍卖有限责任公司对贵州省正安页岩气勘查区块探矿权进行拍卖。
