9例髂腰部肿瘤介入治疗中6例术前髂内动脉和（或）腰动脉栓塞，3例给予动脉内准注化疗加栓塞。结果肿瘤染色均较栓塞前减少75％以上，3例晚期肿瘤栓塞后疼痛缓解。本研究表明，髂腰部肿瘤栓塞化疗为安全、有价值的辅助性疗法。
9 cases of lumbar tumor interventional treatment in 6 cases of preoperative internal iliac artery and (or) lumbar artery embolization, 3 cases were given intra-arterial injection of chemotherapy and embolization. Results The tumor staining was reduced by more than 75% compared with that before embolization. 3 cases of late-stage tumor embolism relieved the pain. This study shows that the treatment of lumbosacral tumor embolization is a safe and valuable adjuvant therapy.
