现在,农业生产上已普遍注意到作物开花结果期追施硼肥的必要,但往往忽视苗期土壤硼的状况对作物幼苗生长的影响。不同作物幼苗对于硼的需要量是不同的。土壤有效性硼的不足会使幼苗营养器官的发育受到抑制,而硼的过量又会使幼苗致毒;但作物幼苗需硼的合适浓度和致毒浓度之间的差别又很小。为此,我们用水培法对几种作物的幼苗进行了短缺硼、正常和致毒浓度的试验研究,以弄清作物幼苗缺硼、不足和过量时的形态特征,找出幼苗生长期的适宜浓度,为合理追施硼肥提供参考;亦为土壤硼的不足和过量的田间诊断提供科学依据。
At present, agricultural production has generally noticed the need for top dressing of boron fertilizer during the flowering and fructification stages of crops, but the effects of boron status at seedling stage on crop seedling growth are often overlooked. The demand of boron for different crop seedlings is different. The lack of boron in soil can inhibit the development of vegetative organs of seedlings and the excess of boron can in turn poison the seedlings. However, there is only a small difference between the appropriate boron concentration and the lethal concentration for crop seedlings. For this reason, we used hydroponics to study the shortage of boron, normal and toxic concentrations in seedlings of several crops to understand the morphological characteristics of crop seedlings when they were deficient in boron, deficient and overdose, Concentration, to provide a reference for the rational topdressing of boron fertilizer, and also provide a scientific basis for field boron deficiency and excessive field diagnosis.
