截重汽车的结构件如纵、横梁等,均采用冷冲压成型,要求钢板具有良好的综合性能。过去用的是进口料NSH52D和Q36及部分国产板。武钢一米七热连轧机组投产后,为了发挥新设备的优势,取代进口钢,试制符合我国资源的含钛控轧板T52L。自1979年7月试制以来,先后冶炼了二万余吨,冶炼钢锭合格率95.21%,初轧板坯合格率99.98%,热轧板一级品率95.93%,锭→材成材率75.05%, 通过二年来的试验工作,认为T52L钢具有以下优点: 1.良好的冷弯性能。 2.低的低温脆性转变温度(FATT),负60℃。 3.高的强度。 4.好的耐腐蚀性能。 6.焊接性能好。 T52L钢的主要弊病是性能波动范围大,不易控制,为了提高性能合格率,对炼钢轧钢工艺做了一系列的试验工作和数据分析,初步掌握了含钛钢的强化规律。 T52L钢曾先后在各汽车厂进行试验,效果良好,深受用户欢迎。

The main disadvantage of T52L steel is the wide range of performance fluctuation, which is not easy to control. In order to improve the passing rate of performance, a series of experimental work and data analysis have been done on the steel rolling process. The strengthening rules of titanium-containing steel have been initially mastered. T52L steel has been tested in the automobile plant, the effect is good, welcomed by users.
