鱼卵粘连不易分离的问题,是在人工孵化中常常碰到的一个难题。笔者在实践中,因地制宜,就地取材,主要采用以下方法使鲤、鲫鱼卵脱粘: (一)泥浆脱粘法 先用黄泥土和成稀泥浆水,然后将受精卵缓慢倒入泥浆水中,搅动泥浆水,使鱼卵均匀地分布在泥浆水中。经3～5分钟的搅拌脱粘后,移入风箱中洗去泥浆,即可放入孵化器中孵化。
