海轮碱Ⅱ是一个较为理想的新的肌松剂。在前文基础上,本文用整体放射自显影技术对本品在怀孕大鼠体内的分布进行了研究。 1.方法 [~3H]海轮碱Ⅱ系中科院上海原子核所制备,放射性比活度为6Ci/mmol,放化纯度>90%。该药是2%乙醇水溶液,以生理盐水稀释后供静脉注射。取妊娠十八天的大鼠3只,尾静脉注射[~3H]海轮碱Ⅱ1mCi/kg(137μg/kg),分别于给药后2分、4小时及24小时将动物投入己烷-干冰(-78℃)溶液中速冻处死,
