研究了过硫酸钾-半胱氨酸氧化还原体系引发丙烯腈在丝素上的接枝共聚反应。考察了单体浓度、引发剂浓度、聚合温度对接枝共聚反应的影响。红外、电镜确证了研究所得材料为丙烯腈在丝素上的接枝共聚物。根据阿累尼乌斯公式计算出该引发体系的引发活化能和总活化能并对接枝后丝素的结晶性能和动态力学性能进行了研究。
The potassium persulfate-cysteine redox system was used to initiate the graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile onto silk fibroin. The effects of monomer concentration, initiator concentration and polymerization temperature on graft copolymerization were investigated. Infrared and electron microscopy confirmed that the obtained material was graft copolymer of acrylonitrile on silk fibroin. The priming activation energy and total activation energy of the initiator system were calculated according to the Arrhenius formula. The crystallinity and dynamic mechanical properties of the grafted silk fibroin were studied.
