校本教研是基于新课程改革下产生的一个新型概念,也是教师转变教学观念的重要渠道之一,校本教研即为了学校教学质量的提升开展的各类活动,学习共同体是基于同一区域,由不同教师组成的分享知识与技能的团体,随着高中英语新课改的推进,校本专业学习共同体的构建也受到了相关专家学者的重视,本文主要分析高中英语新课改校本专业学习共同体的构建方式。
