当前,由于劳动卫生及职业病防治工作的深入开展,职业健康监护工作受到应有的重视。肺功能测定在防治职业性肺部疾患中具重要地位,其应用范围也越来越广泛。肺功能检查不但可以早期发现呼吸道功能性变化和其损伤性质,而且对劳动能力鉴定、对作业人群作动态观察和在生产现场进行流行病学调查的重要方法之一。鉴于肺功能检查尚未被完全普及和认识,还为了便于推广肺功能检查及其临床应用,现仅就开展肺功能测试时的有关注意点简述如下,供参考应用。一、对测定仪器进行标定当前,在我国使用的仪器有两种,一种为国产单、双筒水式测试仪;一种为进口电脑示波测试装
